We want you to be 100% satisfied with our candles. If you are not in love with the scent of your new candle, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will work with you on finding a scent that you love.
Don't want to look for a new scent? That's okay too! Our hearts might not be able to go on but we will refund you the cost of the candles.
Returns are accepted if requested within 15 days of receiving your order.All that we ask is that the candles remain unused and in their original condition. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Were you excitedly opening your package ready to fill up your house with your favorite scent only to find out that you received a broken candle? We are so sorry that this happened to you! We take the upmost care packaging our candles with protection as our top priority, but alas these things happen. Please contact us right away and we will have a new candle shipped out to you as soon as possible. To expedite your request, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order number and a photo of the damaged product.
