How It Works

1.Email info@velaapothecary.com with all your ideas!

Try to include as much information as possible, such as:

Your timeline

What are we customizing for; baby shower, wedding, or birthday parties 

What product would you like personalized; tea lights, travel tins, jar candles etc.

The scents you have in mind

Do you have a specific design in mind for the product label or would you like us to draft a few options?

2.We will send you a quote for design work based on your needs.

Once approved we will send you an invoice. We will get to work creating label designs and scent profiles once we receive payment.

3. We will send you proofs of design work.

Once approved we will send your design to the printer and begin handcrafting your products. 

4. We will send out your order unless arrangements for pick up have been made.
