Our Story

Vela Apothecary was founded by two friends with one dream. Kailei and Yasmin met in the spring of 2017 and connected over their love of crafts and home decor. After years of friendship they decided to make their dreams come true and start their own line of scented candles. 

 

Vela Apothecary's candles are hand poured in small batches with care. Our smooth and luxurious coconut wax blend, and fragrance oils infused with essential oils ensure that our candles will be noticed. All of our candles contain lead-free or all natural wood wicks and are carefully tested for an even and clean burn. We hope that you love our candles as much as we loved making them.
